2026 Major Raffle
The 2026 Major Raffle will be drawn at the next General Meeting on Monday 16th November, 2026.

Financial Contribution to Richmond FC
A contribution of $500 to Richmond FC was suggested, ensuring the club retains sufficient funds for an early 2027 Bunnings BBQ as well as a potential deposit for a bus trip. The committee aims to increase the contribution for 2027 with more active fundraising.

Website Update - Ben Waller
Ben reported that the website ran smoothly throughout the year, with live posts added. The newsletter went out weekly with the Roar Roundup, which has now moved onto the website.
